Comments on Which is better for your health? Lipton’s white tea, diet white tea or V8 fusion?

I would say V8. However, remember juices themselves can’t always be considered healthy. Eating a carrot will yield more nutrients than drinking the equivalent of one carrot. It has to do with removing pulp and fiber. Also some companies add preservatives and chemicals that aren’t desirable. Stick to the real fruits and veggies if you can, but don’t count out the juice. It’s not like it will hurt you.

If you are overweight, then neither. They both have a lot of calories and their sugar (whether from natural juices or added) can make you get hungry soon after you drink it.
If you don’t have a weight problem, then the V8 fusion would be better for you.
How about water with a squeeze of fresh lemon?

I’d go with the V8, especially if you need the fruits and vegetables.
Have you tried Green Tea? That’s pretty good too, and good for you.

i like brewing my own white tea, and drinking it straight with nothing in it. If you offered that drink, I’d pick that one. But from your list, I’d probably pick the V8 juice

aspartame is dangerous stuff. it causes may health prob’s. if you are just looking for a good, healthierdrink than sodas, I think V8 would be best. It i more natural than lipton. Acai would be the best because of the vit, nutriens and antioxidants in it.
