Green tea is supposed to help with the metabolism. And drinking hot liquids helps with the appetite. There is regular and decaf green tea. And there is also Iced tea.

Lipton Green tea. It is wonder full. Crave my appetite and sends me straight to the bath room.

Green tea - but not in a tea bag. If you can, get to a Chinese herbalist and ask for the dried leaves, they look like crusty leaves but in boiling water they open out. It’s so yummy and much better for you than the dusty crap they put in the big brand tea bags.

Tea with sugar doesn’t do anything for weight loss or pooping.
Brew any kind of tea, just make sure you brew it fresh. Don’t put sugar in it. Sugar has useless calories
You need to have fiber in your diet to promote healthy pooping.
